How do you defend spirituality in terms of personal and social growth?

The individual is a part of society, and when we talk about the development of the individual, social development is associated with it. For example, one strip alone cannot be nourished; the entire tree can only be nourished together. If we talk about one person, then it is affecting the society in a holistic manner. So that is going to work. Society is ready for itself. Spirituality is a subject which is personal, but when it comes in the middle of society, then we should see its nature in such a way that we try to do something together which is beneficial for the society. And when we talk about spirituality individually, it's nothing but being introvert. If we put a second thought in it, then we’ll never been able to catch the original source of spirituality. But in reality, spirituality is a subject for which we do not need to have some formulas or ideas. Again, it is the desire of our hearts that we wish for the welfare of the society. If that's all we do, the path starts to build. We have seen a pattern in our life that we keep the body healthy by eating simple food. And if the body remains healthy by eating simple food, then the mind also remains healthy. If the mind is healthy, then a component of spirituality has been fitted. So, now if we are talking about food, then it is related to spirituality. There was a time when there was not much mental development, Fire used to be made by rubbing stones, but today the means are different. So, the mind, i.e., the intellect, has reached here from there. When the Vedas were written, everything came to light, which is still true today. But if we talk about their implementation, how much was the development of human intelligence at that time and how much has the normal human intellect developed today?  Today we need to see spirituality in that form.

Now if we talk about fasting, we were told that we should keep fast and were made available from Monday to Sunday. It was also told what kind of food to take. Some people stopped believing it altogether. Some people grab one of them. Some people started keeping it once in 15 days, but they are doing it. But the real meaning of that fast is to take food in life in such a way where it keeps our body healthy and a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Now, if we don’t take dinner and drink a glass of milk, the experience of the next day’s morning and rest of the day will be different from other days where we take full meal at night, we’ll feel the difference ourselves. The happiness of the mind depends a lot on the food, the food we have taken. At the time of eating, if we consider 200 grams as our diet and we take 175 grams, then digestion will be very fast. If we take 225 grams, then it takes a very long time to digest. So, this system is actually of ideas. I repeat, that there are no bad thoughts. Things are passing in front of our eyes. We are watching everything, but how much of it are we adopting?

It becomes a bad idea, if we accept it, if we start thinking about it. Then that is a bad idea, otherwise all kinds of systems in the society are passing in front of us. But we didn't take anything out of it. If we don't, it doesn't matter, it's all just visuals. And there can never be a flaw in the scene. Guilt will arise only when we bring it into our mind in the form of contemplation. Mental development means reducing the exercise of the mind. The more we think, the more development is stunted. The less mental exercise we do, the more development we have. Sometimes we get stuck in a thing and we then let it go for a while, we get that same solution in seconds, so, letting go of things also leads to development.
