When a young individual, around 24 or 25 years old, steps into the corporate world and starts a job, they should always remember to focus on their work quality rather than just their salary package. As work quality improves, salary growth follows naturally, and nothing can stop it. Those who try to balance financial gain with poor work quality often struggle to achieve success in life, and the organizations they work for also fail to progress significantly.

Today, in India, we need to prioritize work quality to enhance our success rate. There is no obstacle to achieving success, which is why Indians receive great recognition in global organizations like NASA and the USA-based tech industry.

Additionally, corporate hiring should focus on people who possess softness, affection, and empathy. While good manners and etiquette are essential, having a sense of compassion is equally crucial because only such individuals can build strong relationships and foster unity.

Everything in the corporate world works vice versa—employers should also ensure they do not exploit their employees or create a culture of pulling others down. Instead, the goal should be collective progress and growth for everyone.

A healthy work culture does not promote the idea that seniors must always remain superior while juniors stay subordinate. Position should be determined by work quality, not just experience or age.

Being a good person is not defined by physical appearance but by behavior, mindset, and empathy. Society deserves respect, and those who embody values of understanding and respect should receive the recognition they deserve.
