 REAL MEANING OF ADMINISTRATION

 Administration in actuality means that the person chosen by all of us should work as an administrator. The biggest system that has deteriorated today is that any administrator who is appointed starts to consider it as their right. We are the ones who have established that entire system. Perhaps around 100 years ago, we were called the world leader because we possessed that form of understanding. The interpretation of word India is never enough, no matter how much we explain it. I would like to tell you one thing for sure: true spirituality is to work for every section of society, especially for those whose hearts find peace just by having a hand placed on their heads. We should not become officials; we should become authorized individuals. Because this is the essence of service. It does not require a great effort for us to become the VISHWA GURU. We just need a little personality development. It shall not be feasible to reform individuals who have progressed in their lives, as substantial change is inherently unattainable. But for the upcoming new generation, we should build their personality, and I pray to God that we reach a point where India becomes a VISHWA GURU again. We do not need anything very big to become a world leader. All the components are available to us. We just need to manage a little better because we are not working under the control of a ruler but under the management of an authorized person. But at least 500 people are needed for change. Those who can promote such ideas because they are neither motivated by the spirit of enhancing their own respect nor by political sentiment. If there are even 500 such people, how can it not change in 50,00,00,000?

 My concern is clear: we ought not to seek positions as officials; instead, we should endeavor to become individuals of authority.
